as much as i hate to admit it, exeercise is helping me to continue to lose the weight, it took me long enough to get myself motivated and to get started but i've gotten myself into a routine and it definetly is helping. i also have to say i feel like i have more enery than before. i am really not an exercise person, but if i want to continue to lose the weight it seems i have to do something. anyway it's working, since i started my diet in september i'm down 45.4lbs. and so far i'm still motivated, hope i can keep it up, i've come to far to give up now
206.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 56.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.2 lb a week
