yikes. Let me start by saying that I never realized that weighing in over carpet vs hard floor made a difference. not much, but enough. But the fault is more in my eating habits. I know I've gained muscle in training for the 1/2 marathon last nov, but some of this is actual weight. get to work girl.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
