Happy New Year!
This is it the year that I can no longer fail at trying to lose weight and be healthy. This is a promise to myself that I have to try harder and perhaps be a little selfish and take at least 20 minutes to myself to either walk or do some other exercise.
I have been watching what is going into my mouth - I started at 197.1 on January 2, 2011. I have been tracking my weight on a daily basis on my own. I am going to try to update my info in this site to see what are the highs and lows and see what it is that triggers the bad eating habits.
On January 3, 2011 I was 194.1 and I worked out on the Elliptical using the Ifit chip with Jillian Michaels coaching me on. It was a good workout. Today, I am 193 so, so far so good. I hope I can keep this up and since I did not gained all this in a day, I have to be patient as long as the weight keeps dropping.

Wish me luck and will power!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
