Well, I lost 6 pounds in 6 days.... not bad. Unfortunately my parents are going to be in town this week, which mean we will probably be going out to eat quite a bit. Oh well, I'll just have to be careful what I eat!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
