I weighed Fri but forgot to log it. It's a little better . Not a big whoosh but better than a gain. Got bday party today so there will be a gain next Fri because I don't think I can resist my daughter's awesome cupcakes lol
108.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
