Restarting Bikram after 6 months is simply PAINFUL!
What was I thinking - that I was a 20something??
Still need to keep up at least 3x week.... I know eventually it will be good - health & looks, but I just hate going through it, torture!!

125.6 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
