Took a hiatus - it's my birthday today 41!! a good day to get back on my wellness path - been feeling really sluggish and stuffed lol all in all - only up a little - not as bad as I thought it would be ... Hello 41 :)

322.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb. Still to go: 102.4 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 0.4 lb a week
