i realized today that i have gained alot of weight from eating more since i stopped smoking. I have started to slow down a little bit. I am now riding my bike and i rode a lil over 3 miles today
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
