Gained about 5 pounds in about 3 weeks...horrible! Totally let myself go after finals at school, plus Christmas (which included copious amounts of alcohol and 4 Christmas dinners), etc. Went grocery shopping and got lots of great, nutritious, and healthy food! Excited to begin anew.
189.3 lb Lost so far: 25.3 lb.    Still to go: 39.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
