I am fasting today for the second day this week. Of course, it's Ash Wednesday, so it fits nicely with my plan. I am trying the Eat/Stop/Eat method. Worked out at lunch.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
