Feeling pretty good. ate very bad on new years eve and drank but still lost weight. pumped up my workout. thighs are killing me!!! well getting everything ready for tomorrow. The fam is getting back on our regular schedule. Gotta keep this house running like a well oil'd machine!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job girl!!! I ate AWFUL on NYE and the day after too, and of course drank. I was afraid I had undone all the good work I had done during the week. But Im happy to report a loss as well. Keep up the good work!
