still on my HMR program.. stayed in the box, as best as possible. Lost inches too!!, and got into an old pair of jeans. Goals for the week! Continue to track! and work on my PA!!
218.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
