GOAL! Now onto Goal #2. Like I said in my previous Journal entry, I'm going to increase my calorie intake so I'm not losing weight as fast. My new goal is going to be 185 pounds but I will aim to do that slowly over time. I do plan to increase my exercise and will be looking to see if there is a gym in the area that is not too costly.
