I am sooo excited. My first week and I lost 3.6 pounds. I'm feeling good and very motivated. No special diets, no gimmicks, just me paying attention and making smart choices instead of caving in to bad habit. Woo!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
