prettygirl's Journal, 24 July 2013

Started over again this week, waking up at 6am to exercise each morning and monitering what i eat more closely. Slacked off for a while, and started gaining. The past week has shown slight improvements, workclothes fitting better. small changes though. Plan to keep it up. Hopeful this time as body is responding quicker to exercise since surgery. want to reach goal weight by next 2 months or so.
183.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Thanks for your support Prettygirl. Hopefully, I can try catch you up... then we can give one another some further momentum! Read you're profile... have you ever tried zigzagging calories, so you're body doesn't get used to eating the same amount each day. There's some info here if you calculate calories then click on the "7 day cycle zig-zag": http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm# I've found that useful previously. But you're doing great and clothes fitting much better has got to be a plus!! Can't wait until I notice that again... if nothing else, I will keep striving for that. Keep up the great work... I'm sure that added exercise will definitely pay off in the end. :)

ok thanks. yes i got a little frustrated sunday because I wasnt seeing more results like I had anticipated. However I have to keep pushing. I think this would be week 2, still just like one pound lost and maybe an inch off my waist which is good. I hope this week shows more results. I plan to do more exercise this week and just be more strict overall. Keep up your good work:)
