Ok so was all set to weigh myself on day 7, then after reviewing detox phase instructions in the book, sadly realized you should't weight until day 10 after 9 day detox phase. So today was day 10 and I am down 4 lbs. Was hoping for a little more, but will take it definitely!! I do notice a decrease in the wiggle-jiggle in my arms and stomach, so this makes me happy!! The exercise is key with this diet or any weight loss program, can see that now. Will keep on trying! Thanks for all the great recipes, tips and ideas!!
