I had a Valentines weekend where we ended up going out to eat 2 different times. I think the salty or not so healthy food had me retaining water. I enjoyed my weekend though and got back "on the horse" right away on Monday morning. The temp weight went on quick and should come off quick too after I flood my body with water, water, and more water.
