Yes!!!!! First time in forever to be under 53 kgs! Just reached my goal 💥💥💥 BUT now is the time to be extra cautious and not let go! Portion control and cutting sugars as far as possible and 30 mins exercise a day!
116.6 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I seem to be on a plateu at 56 at the moment and also have the flu... Will see what next week holds... Keeping thumbs for 55.
