This weekend I have been bad, no alcohol but roast lamb dinner Friday, roast beef dinner Sunday, and chocolate in between.
It hasn’t helped having loads of bad stuff around in the fridge, the upshot is I’ve gained two pounds.
However my wife was mortified to find that she weighed in at 10 1/2 stone yesterday!

This in my mind is a good thing, as she is now on a diet, all the chocolate has been donated to our sons fridge in his room.
It’s just a mini fridge for cokes and junk, when gaming one should not be too far from caramel sustenance!

This week will be a better week, more determination and planned meals.
That said Beth is having a Tikka Marsala tonight, I am having a rogan josh with cauliflower rice.
Beth will have a naan, I won’t.
Hopefully her choices will mean she stays on the diet longer with me, as I’m the one with the problem in reality.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
