I'm doing well, looking through my numbers, it's easy to see how many calories I can have a day based on my lifestyle. This upcoming week will be a bit more of a challenge as I am working 3 days off site, I have a test on Friday and will have to pack lunch or figure something else out. I will not have all the time for exercising although I will be setting up computer equipment... so perhaps that will give me additional exercise.

I am 4.2 lbs to my initial goal, although I lost 4.4 pounds this week, I can't bank on losing an additional 4.2 pounds this week. I will set my sights on two weeks and if next Sunday I'm at 200, I will be just as happy.
204.2 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
