One week after I stopped counting my calories has lead me to put weight on. For long term success I thibk I need to continue to count calories. 2500/day from now on.
177.3 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’ve only counted half the days. Need to start everyday. Gone up another 400g!
