I've been experiencing fatigue, mild discomfort and a pulsating feeling in my upper right abdomen, I think it might be my liver as it reminds me of thw time I had mono and my liver was swollen. its been like this for three days now. I thought I could sleep it off, but it didn't help. ill go to the clinic this afternoon to get it checked out
