I was anticipating this to be much worse...weekend of family, friends, too much food and adult beverages...lots of tears between the wedding and celebration of life...this is life and I'm just living the best life!! Back to eating better today! On the plus side I had 10,000 steps by the end of the wedding dance and hurt everywhere the next day like I got a full body workout lol...I was tearing up the floor!! Heres to a great week!
