My husband asked me to go on a dinner date last night so I'm sure this little gain is a product of eating out but I would never turn my husband down for a date so I'll record it and move on...its probably gonna be a hard weekend, I have a bridal shower Saturday morning, a wedding Saturday afternoon and a celebration of life on Sunday. I will make it thru but will have to buckle down again next week when all the events are over...heres to a great Friday eve!!
221.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
