Today is the start of my diet AGAIN but this time its a lil different. I got a huge wake up cal from a good friend that opened up my eyes to what i didnt really wanna deal with i guess. I mean i know what i have to do i use to be a jock type and maybe thats why i have not gane full blast because i knew i could do it whenever i needed to, but never did...lol i guess like us all at one point and time.
Now its different though and nothings gonna stop me and thats a promise and those are one things i dont break is my promises!!!
Its gonna be a bumpy ride but this time am ready for it!!!!
