Okay, I am back. I was trying not to obsess about my caloric intake because it is minimal. I am not losing any weight, but seeing change in my body. How do you balance that? Argh! Giving it another month...watching out for the holiday trap. If no measurable weight loss....thinking about the HCG option. Doctor mentioned it, but I am reluctant to try it...worried about side effects.
