I am following the diet closely, eating extras, but the are exactly on plan, such as almonds, or hard boiled eggs. I am losing between .8 and 3 pounds per day, but its the first week. I am fatigued, having minimal energy, and having trouble exercising, but wanting to get this initial weight off.
