Can someone help me?
i want to eat less than 1800kcal but at the same time i need to eat more than 200g of protein , any idea?? i eat 15 eggs for snacks and chicken breast for lunch and salmon for dinner and some night icelandic yogurt after dinner that contains zero fat and high protein but its barely reach to 200g of protein
239.2 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 239.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
