I have been following my workout and diet routine perfectly. I have cheat days on Sunday (I even cheated last Saturday and Sunday..but will keep that to a minimum) and still lost weight. 400 cals every 3 hours is the way to go for me! 4 to 5 times a week at the gym too. Weights/ cardio/ calisthenics .
