Its working!! I have the right mind set right now and I know that's half the battle!! I hope I can keep it going!! I feel so much better when I dont eat breads and pastas and other refined carbs. Heres to a great day of killing it!!
223.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
