No weight loss this week but no gain either. I will try a bit harder, to be fair I have eaten more than I should and I think I may have underestimated portion sizes when filling in my tracker, must get back to weighing things.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
