I am excited about this weigh in because not only am I at goal, I am able to maintain it -- all without starving myself. In fact, I have incorporated wonderful fruits and vegetables in my diet for my health and have removed 90% of dairy out of my diet. I still drink almond milk, which is much better than regular milk.
