I am such a pig, I ate the whole dish I made it for my friends lunch and ate it before he got here. I want to die I HATE being this obese I am just glad I Don't live with my boyfriend right now because I want to kick my head in let alone him. My only option now is working out on the bright side it was full of carbs I still feel embarrassed and self abusive. Disgusting I have more will power than that I need a smack bad.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't beat yourself up. We are all going to fall sometimes. We are human not machine. Forgive yourself and move on - the very next eating occasion. You have done a fantastic job losing 200 pounds. That is simply amazing. I have 100 more pounds to lose. All the best!
