Well, I'm starting again.
I fell off the wagon but now I am back.
Gonna do my T25 workout at lunch and drink a protein shake when I am done.
got to lose this weight and keep it off.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

eat more protein, eat some with each meal. it stays with you longer than simple carbs
