Geocaching Gary's Journal, 21 September 2020

I have eaten some cookies and ther junk food so that I did not want to throw away. So I can eat small amounts until they are gone and then start up my diet. I do not need a diet just to start to count my CARB's to get my sugar down.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
