Geocaching Gary's Journal, 19 September 2020

I kind of started my diet and counting my carbs. I shall start with my carbs counting and try to stay below 50 grams per day starting this monday, getting rid of my junk food this weekend, out of slight out of mind and then I wont be eating any junk for for a while, just the right amount of carbs to lower my sugar.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
