Restricting calories to around 1600 a day is paying off. Usually have cornflakes with sugar for breakfast, Asda prawn pasta salad for lunch and a home cooked meal in the evening. Water. Hardly any snacks, this week I’ve had three digestive biscuits. Might treat myself to a blueberry muffin today. Well, maybe half!
181.9 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hi albinoforeveryone, please don't take this the wrong way. before I day this my weight has gone up 7lbs but I am a Golden weight watcher and have never lost my title. it's been 10 years now. anyway enough of me. please try honey not sugar on your cereal it's far less calories. good luck merrymel
