This weekend was a caloric blowout: Big tub of popcorn on Friday, and then Superbowl Sunday!? Wow.

Reset. Start again.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
