Well it was nice while it lasted. I was hoping I was back on a losing streak but I guess not 😢 I just can't figure out things. It's so depressing . if it was just adding calories I could understand it but even when I cut calories down I still gain so i just don't know anymore..
107.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
