I'm really really excited about 197.5lbs. That's 10lbs in 19 days. The last time I was under 200 I went back up on a trip to Newfoundland. But this time I am completely dedicated to riding this through, continuing to eat less, and eventually working out regularly.
I was with a bunch of my best friends (raddest people ever) last night and I actually danced. Like full-out shaking my booty. Probably wouldn't have happened 7 months ago. A couple drinks helped, but I haven't even done that in awhile. Basically I had a freakin' blast!
