Back into the swing, 1lb loss very pleased as after gaing last week stupidly went on a binge. Back on track now, hoping to lose 7lb before my holiday in September.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
