1225 kcal Fat: 34.64g | Prot: 79.72g | Carb: 149.98g.   Breakfast: Light Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry, Cream (Half & Half), Oatmeal, Strawberries. Lunch: Salsa, Baby Spinach, Velveeta Cheese Slices, Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Flour Tortillas - Soft Taco Style. Dinner: Whole Wheat Bread, Lettuce, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Miracle Whip Light Dressing, Onions, Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes, Tilapia (Fish). Snacks/Other: Carb Smart Vanilla Ice Cream, Craisins Dried Cranberries, Velveeta Cheese Slices, Snack Bars - Whipped Chocolate Almond Delight. more...
