Well whatta ya know. A new low. And, I didn't even do any swimming this week! So, in true reverse order dieting fashion, I will be increasing my cal intake by 2%.

As stated before, it's this girl's preference to maintain within the 112-114 lb range, so new daily intake will take me from 1715 ---> 1748/day and we'll see where we hit next Sunday.

Here's what the weekly allotment looks like. Remember, I like to zig zag my cals. The metabolism enjoys this approach and it suits the way I like to eat.

On Average 1748 cals/day (Reverse diet increase by 2%). This accounts for maintenance cals and activity level for age 47.

Monday - 1757
Tuesday - 1777
Wednesday - 2034
Thursday - 1757
Friday - 1580
Saturday - 1580
Sunday - 1757

111.8 lb Lost so far: 98.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Aww, thank you wifey ((BIG HUGS)). I'm still refining it for sure. One of the things I am realizing about this process is that it is never ending...well, until I'm six feet under. LOL - there we'll always be readjustments along way so we can adapt to the changes that come our way. The work definitely does not end when we hit our "goal weight" to be sure.
