A little disappointed when I got on the scale and it hadn't moved since last week. But it's all good when you factor in the high stress week and my deep desire for something salty, crunchy and fatty.
As for the stressful conditions I have to remember to breathe. That this too shall pass. However, I resolve to focus on myself and take care of myself. If I am centered, I can take care of everyone/everything else.
163.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
