I'm a little bit closer to my goal. I haven't eaten rice and it felt like forever. I might cook a rice dish on Monday night. Sukiyaki... yum yum yum. I figured that I need to workout on my abs. Thrice! I was picked to volunteer as a patient and have to show my abs in front of class. That will be another story to tell.
