Been reallly lethargic lately... and after looking at the calendar realizing its a month from my birthday... not to mention I'm visiting my friends from home... i seriously need to get in gear... so... overdrive I am!... please folks hep a girl stay motivated!!!!!!!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
