Today is officially my weigh in day but was so elated to see movement again I had to share. Slowly sculpting with an ice pick but it will be worth it in the end. Every 100g counts. I complained to my hubby that I have only lost , at that time 6kg, which was for me a little considering my current size. He replied and said " Well you must 1st lose 6kg to lose 10kg, and 10kg to lose 15kg. It all adds up eventually. Every little gram lost makes a difference." Gotta luv this man!
