I have not been losing any weight. but it's ok. I've lost a cm on my waist and feel I've gained muscles. that's actually more useful than losing a kg. 😁
119.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
