Tuddy started induction with me on Saturday. He's going through withdrawal and is pretty grumpy, but he's sticking to it. I'm doing well, so far, but because I've been eating low carb for so long, I haven't really seen a difference. I am feeling a little bloated, so I ad us both take some sugar free psyllium fiber, and we'll take some multivatimins to replenish our electrolytes. so far, so good, just a little slow.
