I am not doing well to keep "healthy lifestyle" nowadays. I am just too occupied with school works. When I start feeling relaxed, I drop in a huge hole. It is sometimes lots of assignments; I had four chapters to read and then take exam and write a short report on Thanksgiving week. It is sometimes terrible score; on the same week, I scored bad one with the exam. It is so hard to commit emotionally to be healthy.

This term will end in three weeks. After that, I am going to reorganize myself and take more efforts. For now, I try recording my diet at least. Only my problem is that logging in here tempts me to spend more time here, which means losing time of studying. At least that's how I am usually.

I ordered a helper: ipod touch. It shoud be here tomorrow. I'll see if using ipod touch could be faster (I mean spending less time on the site) to record my diet and workout.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
